Couples will learn how to love each other in a manner that highlights individual needs versus guessing or assuming how to love someone. Topics that often create tension and those that build connection will be discussed and provided in a format that allows growth and practical utilization.
What’s included in the Relationship Building Course?
The course includes 4 lessons and 11 exercises. The lessons are divided into 9 guided sections. 3 Bonus materials are included as well as a copy of Mr. Santos latest relationship book Couples Workbook: Making Your Relationship Work.
Lesson 1: Building A Lasting Relationship
This lesson helps couples learn to how to understand each other’s needs by creating a middle ground. This is a special place where partners can meet halfway and communicate their concerns without hurting each other or avoiding topics. Couples learn how to understand each other’s feelings, through the practice of empathy and awareness. The host, Juan Santos, highlights the tolerance meter as a practical way to reduce tension and promote compassion. Couples focus on creating the foundation to building fortifying traditions together.
