What’s a normal session like?

A typical online session is comfortable, relaxing and productive. Like a face-to-face sessions, the online style holds confidentiality and privacy. Our office uses a secure system for coducitng online counseling. The online session will run from 45 to 60 minutes using a live video or preferred audio platform. The session will give you access to seeing and speaking with you counselor.

We encourage clients interested in an online session to pick a location that will not disrupt sound, confidentiality, or their ability to feel open and willing to work.
